A/c died on a Saturday. Called J&C and called back almost immediately. ( major gold star) My other a/c was working so i did not need emergency service. Dion made an appointment for 10-12 Monday. Called at 11 to give me a 30 minutes heads up, and was right on time. Went straight to work, super professional, pleasure to speak with, and had a grasp on my problem in short order. Bad capacitor. Thoroughly checked both inside and out units, and let them run while his gauges/meters were still set up to make sure of no problems. Great young man, representing an apparently reliable company. They have my business from here on out. (Plus my 2 big dogs loved him! Dion is a dog lover)

We have been using this company for a few years now. I originally spoke to the owner Joey when we needed a second opinion. He was honest and did not recommend the repair we were being told was needed. He even came out a month later to check everything was still okay. As of recent we had a 10 week wait for a part due to manufacture back order. Joey never got impatient with us contacting him in regards to the part and he was deligent in contacting the company aswell. He was able to get the part in and make sure everything came out in our favor. Communication is always clear and honest. I highly recommend Joe and his team. Being in the HVAC business myself, I am incredibly particular about who works on my personal home, especially since I travel out of state for work. Joe performed a thorough inspection and correctly identified critical air leakage into the attic.
